"Les Shapes" (not *the* Shapes - Richard can explain why) are a pop-core band formed from the reunion of some members of Joyliner, whose repertoire they perform.
Les Shapes are writing new songs, such as The Joke, Play Defense, and Où ça va, which are somewhat in the same kind of Cheese (this too, only Richard can tell you why), though perhaps a bit more upbeat.
You can find their first live tracks here :
.as well as their cover of the Joyliner classic "See What Stick"
Richard Baron handles the lyrics, words and guitars, and may be able to provide the explanations mentioned above.
Jean-Pascal Baron on drums and Eric Duperier on bass play the rhythm part, but they certainly can't explain anything about it.
